Stir Fry recipes

2 cloves garlic -- finely chopped

6 tb Vegetable oil
8 oz Shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz Sea scallops
3 Carrots; julienned
4 Celery stalks
- cut into 1" pieces

2 x Stalks Celery
1 lb Scallops
2 x Apples
3 T Margarine
1 x Lemon
Yield: 4 servings|Coarsley chop celery, and slice scallops. Peel and quarter apples.
